PROJECT TITLE: Marketing Research “Studying the behavior and needs of Ucell subscribers with the risk of churn”

PROJECT AIM: to study the behavior and needs of Ucell subscribers who applied to the Call-center for the last 3 months. In addition, to determine the main reasons for the outflow of subscribers and identify effective solutions to reduce the trend.

DESCRIPTION OF ACTUALLY PROVIDED SERVICES IN THE PROJECT When implementing a study, the moderators of the company held 6 focus group discussions in 6 regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The geographic sample (Andijan, Fergana, Bukhara, Surkhandarya and Kashkadarya regions, as well as Tashkent city) was determined taking into account the share of subscribers outflow in these regions. The selection of FGD participants was carried out from 900 target subscribers of five regions of the republic and the Tashkent city. The age of FGD participants ranged from 18 to 70 years old. The prevailing age of FGD participants is 20-40 years old. The main category of participants is the unemployed / housewives and employees of private enterprises. The information obtained during the discussions was processed and presented as conclusions and recommendations to the customer.
