PROJECT TITLE: Marketing research “Survey of mobile subscribers in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan”

PROJECT AIM: to study the behavior and needs of mobile subscribers in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Studying the following aspects:
-Selection of respondents and demographics;
-Satisfaction with the mobile operator;
-Tariffs and promotions;
-Internet advertising;
-Additional services of Ucell company;
-Service for Ucell subscribers;
-Forecasts/changes.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTUALLY PROVIDED SERVICES IN THE PROJECT
The consultant conducted a survey of households in all regions of Uzbekistan. The consultant completed the final survey questionnaire. Pilot study: Testing a household survey questionnaire based on the results of the pilot test; Development of a representative sample. The consultant developed a representative sample to obtain the required data. The sample included 1000 respondents aged 15 years and older. Respondents were members of the households visited within survey.
Field works. The consultant was responsible for managing the field works of household survey. The consultant hired and trained local interviewers, organized transport and all logistics and ensured quality control. The survey was conducted on tablets via special software. Analysis of research materials: The consultant carried out a detailed analysis of the results of the household survey. The consultant was responsible for classifying study results, cleaning data, performing statistical analysis, and submitting the set of analytical tables, as well as copies of the hard data set in SPSS format. The consultant prepared the main analytical report.
