PROJECT TITLE: “Studying the behavior and needs of mobile users in the market of Uzbekistan”

PROJECT AIM:

The aims and objectives of the study were:

-Studying the profile of mobile subscribers in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

-Identification of the behavior of mobile subscribers;

-Evaluation of the degree of satisfaction of subscribers with mobile services;

-Study of sources of information about the Ucell product;

-Ucell advertising campaign;

-Evaluation of entertainment services of Ucell company.

DESCRIPTION OF ACTUALLY PROVIDED SERVICES IN THE PROJECT

When implementing a study, the team held 6 focus group discussions in five regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan: Andijan, Bukhara, Namangan, Samarkand regions and two FGDs in Tashkent. In each group, there were 10 male and female Ucell subscribers. Average duration of focus groups is 110 minutes. During the focus group discussions, an audio recording of the discussion was made. Before focus group discussions, the company's employees conducted a selection of FGD participants in order to assess the profile of subscribers in the control group. The age of FGD participants was 25-34 years old. A guide for FGD was developed to cover the survey objectives of the client. Before the FGD, the guide was agreed with the client and translated into Uzbek and English. The data obtained during the discussions were processed and performed in presentation using info graphics and smart shapes.
