PROJECT TITLE: Marketing research “Studying the satisfaction of users of mobile communication services in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan”

PROJECT AIM: The goals and objectives of the study were to determine the study of user needs in the following aspects:

-Brand attitude and perception

-Advertising

-Coverage, availability and network quality

-Tariffs, services and promotions

-Expenses and replenishments

-Mobile devices

DESCRIPTION OF ACTUALLY PROVIDED SERVICES IN THE PROJECT

To achieve the goals and objectives of the study, a quantitative method of data collection was applied. A total of 1,850 interviews were conducted in 13 regions and Tashkent city. The target audience of the survey is mobile users aged 18 and over, using GSM standard mobile communications (Ucell, Beeline, UMS subscribers). To survey mobile subscribers, a questionnaire was prepared and agreed with the client. The survey was conducted on tablets via specialized software for data collection. The data obtained during the project was exported to a SPSS database. Based on data analysis, cross tabs for questions of high interest were prepared. The analytical results of the study were prepared as a presentation with diagrams, cross tabs, conclusions and recommendations for the client. The results of the project were presented to a group of directors of the client to develop further strategic plans.
