DESCRIPTION OF ACTUALLY PROVIDED SERVICES IN THE PROJECT

When implementing a study, the moderators of the company held 8 focus group discussions in four regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan: Bukhara, Samarkand, Fergana regions and Tashkent city (two FGDs in each region). The target FGD participants consisted of mobile communication users (Ucell subscribers) aged 18-35, experienced users of Internet services. In each group, 10 male and female participants, Ucell subscribers were selected. Average duration of focus groups is 110 minutes. During the focus group discussions, an audio recording of the conversation was made. Before organizing focus group discussions, the company's employees conducted a selection of FGD participants in order to assess the profile of subscribers in the control group. A guide was developed for 8 FGD in advance. The qualitative data obtained during the focus group discussions were transcribed into text format and processed using a special program for processing the statements/opinions of group participants. The project results were performed in a presentation, prepared for various departments of the customer's company with detailed conclusions and recommendations.
